Schedule 80 uPVC is dark grey in colour and is more corrosion resistant and durable than other PVC products, making it suitable for chemical applications such as factories, wastewater and chemical processing plants. Thicker walls allow for higher pressure applications. All PVC pipe has the same outer diameter no matter what the schedule, however larger schedule pipe like Schedule 80 uPVC, has a more restricted flow than smaller schedule pipe of the same size.
